  1. RevenueBOT's website uses cookies in order to make personalized functions available and to analyze the use of RevenueBOT's website.   2. Moreover, every single web page uses log files; for every page impression, the access data is saved to the server log. The saved data contains the following details:

    • The date, the time, the file accessed, the status, the request that the user's browser sent to the server, the amount of data transmitted, and the web page from which the user accessed the requested page (referrer)
    • The product and version information of the browser used, the user's operating system, and the user's country of origin.

RevenueBOT only uses the log data in an anonymized form (i.e. without any allocation to or indications about the user's person) for statistical analyses; for instance to find out on which days and at what times RevenueBOT's web pages are most popular and how much data volume is generated on RevenueBOT's web pages. Moreover, the log files enable RevenueBOT to detect possible errors, such as faulty links or software bugs. Thus, RevenueBOT can use the log files for the further development of RevenueBOT's web pages. RevenueBOT never associates the use and page impressions that are stored in the server log with individual persons. RevenueBOT reserves the right to use data from log files if it is suspected that users are using RevenueBOT's websites and/or services in an unlawful or non-contractual way.

  4. RevenueBOT's website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service provided by Google, Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies, text files placed on a user's computer, to help the website analyze how users use the site. The information generated by the cookie about a user's use of the website will normally be transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States.

    In accordance with the Commission Implementing Decision (EU) 2016/1250 of 12 July 2016, transfers from a controller or processor in the European Union to organizations in the U.S. is allowed if the organizations have self-certified their adherence to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework Principles with the Department of Commerce and have committed to comply with them. Google has self-certified its adherence to the EU-U.S. Privacy Shield Framework Principles and has committed to comply with them.

    In case of activation of IP anonymization on this website, Google will shorten the IP address for Member States of the European Union as well as for other groups party to the Agreement on the European Economic Area. Only in exceptional cases, is the full IP address sent to and shortened by Google servers in the USA. IP anonymization is active on this website. On behalf of RevenueBOT Google will use this information for the purpose of evaluating user's use of the website, compiling reports on website activity, and providing other services relating to website activity and internet usage to the website provider.

    Google will not associate a user's IP address with any other data held by Google. Users may disable the use of cookies by selecting the appropriate settings on their browser. However, if a user disables cookies, he or she may potentially not be able to use all of the interactive functions on RevenueBOT's website. Furthermore, a user may prevent Google's collection and use of cookie generated data and data regarding his or her use of the website (incl. his or her IP address) by downloading and installing the browser plug-in available under https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
